Nestlé Global HR

Content Delivery Platform for Capability Framework

About Nestlé

Nestlé (https://www.nestle.com) – is a Swiss company, the largest food company in the world. The company is ranked number 64 on the Fortune Global 500 in 2017.

This particular project was ordered by and delivered to Nestlé HR division.

Client’s goals

The HR division came to us with a request to digitalize their business process of delivering information related to employee development, career, and role goals.  Our solution was to create a content delivery platform, that would run internally and would consist of 2 parts: front-end structured similarly to current HR Capability Framework and an admin panel that would allow updating the content with minimum training and without specific knowledge (no coding involved).

We put a team of 6 people together, it consisted of a Senior .NET Engineer, 2 Front-end developers, 1 QA Engineer, 1 UX/UI designer, 1 Project Manager.

Project challenges

We worked closely with the Nestlé internal IT department as apart from meeting all the business needs, our product had to comply with their strict security and quality control requirements.

There was no room for error; the product had to be flawless before the final shipment as we had no access to it after deployment. The IT department performed the deployment of the solution.
